What's the best reason not to post your resume online? Spam. Post your resume on some job sites, and you might as well put a sign on your back that says, "Please spam me."

Not at Nursing Jobs.org

We hate spam, and we hate it when people send spam ... can't STAND it. So before we agreed to have resume posting available on Nursing Jobs.org, we had to be absolutely, 100% sure that it was spam free.

We've done it.

100% Private, 100% Anonymous

When some job sites say they're 100% anonymous, that's not entirely true. Sneaky spammers are very—well, sneaky—so even when you post your resume "anonymously," you still end up on spam lists.

Not here. Your resume is identified only be a screenname, which you create, and it can be anything you like. Every single piece of personally identifiable information is completely hidden from potential employers. Period.

So how do employers contact you? Good question.

How the Process Works

When an employer (or sneaky spammer) comes to the site looking for resumes, they must register first. Then, they must go through a manual background check on our end to make sure they have a legitimate reason to be looking at nursing resumes.

Not a legitimate employer? Sorry. No resumes for you. The spam stops here.

Only after they register and pass the check can they see the details of any resumes. Even then, though, your information is completely hidden.

When they find a resume that they're interested in, they send to us a request that they be allowed to contact you. We then pass that request along to you, along with details of the job they're trying to fill.

When you receive the request, you have two options:

No, Thanks: If you're not interested, simply click "No, thanks." The employer is then notified that you're not interested in the position, and they're given no further options. At no time is any personally identifiable information leaked to the employer. Their only communication is with us.

Yes, Please Contact Me: If, however, the job does look interesting to you, click "Yes, please contact me." At that point—and only at that point—is the employer allowed to see your contact information.

Our Guarantee

We take your privacy very, very seriously. We have yet to have a single complaint from someone who chose to post their resume—not a single one. At Nursing Jobs.org, we put you first, not the employer.

So post your resume today, and get VIP treatment. Then sit back in complete privacy and let employers start pitching their jobs to you!
